House Tour

For all of you naysayers who scoffed when I said how unbelievably cheap it is here, ...I know who you are...,
here is a little tour of the 2 story, 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath house I rent for $525 per month.

First, you must ask your friend Google where we are

Then wind your way towards the back of Phase 4A

You're almost there
Turn left on Everlasting Street

Coming around the corner

You made it!!!

Welcome to J&J House
You can confirm you're in the right place by reading the signs

Or checking the mailbox

Just don't get too close to the security guard

Until we have the chance to introduce you
Come on in

But take off your shoes first

Yes, there are outside shoes and inside shoes
The Living Room

(The house was furnished for less than $5,000 total, some new, some used.)
My office is a work in progress

But where are my manners. You must be starving after your long trip.

Have a seat in the Dining Room
Make sure to wash your hands first, though.

Just don't flush the TP. Use the trash can.

The sewer system in the Philippines is not set up to handle paper waste.
While you're taking care of business, we'll whip something up in the Kitchen.

Lunch is served

mmm, fried chicken and fruit salad, a typical home cooked meal
That is why we have 2 refrigerators.

Lots of leftovers, mmm.
This will be a good time to head out to the garage and introduce you to Kobi

He loves table scraps and chicken bones, woof woof
Wash up and we'll go upstairs

Watch your step
Halfway there

Keep Going
We made it to the 2nd floor, YAY!!

The Master Bedroom

The Master Closets

The Master Bath

The Master Bath Washup Area

The Master On Demand Hot Water Dispenser

Yeah, I really like adding the word Master to things
We had to put in a water pump to get good water pressure to the second floor, but the landlord gave us rent credit, so all's good.

Let's take a walk on the Terrace

Changing shoes is optional here
After you...

Mind the wash drying

But it's a wonderful view

Heading back in, there's a view around every corner

See what I mean?

Even the back yard is not too shabby

You must be tired after all of that sight seeing. Let me blow up the guest bed for you.

Don't worry, it's queen size.
